The closest airport to LSU's campus is the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. However, many LSU students fly out of the Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans because it offers more flight options and can be more cost efficient. LSU's campus is about an hour drive from the New Orleans airport, so many students use resources set up by LSU to commute. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also common methods of transportation.

The Lod Cook Alumni Center and Sonesta ES Suites are the closest hotels to the conference locations. Due to limited availability, we were unable to secure hotel blocks at these hotels. If you are flying to conference, we recommend checking these hotels for rooms before exploring other options. However, if you are driving to conference, we recommend looking into the Courtyard by Marriott as it is a short drive to conference events.
